Redwood UI header under when and why not consistent

Summary:

We are working towards pushing redwood out on employment action pages, but are seeing inconsistent behavior in the UI. In the header, we get 'Full Name, random text' depending on which page we are viewing. Some of them what i would assume is the business title shows up as 'undefined', or 'SW10_Project Lead-2', or 'Deputy Treasurer' and sometimes it is the actual job of the person. Below are screen shots of the same person, with 3 different transactions in Redwood all showing different responses. We have not found a way to control or change this to
