Business Unit Reorganization on Positions

Summary:

Customer want to perform a reorganization changing the Business Unit of the employees since 01-August-2025.

But we now that this its only possible if positions was assigned with incumbents.

The solution i provided its to duplicate the position, change the BU and assign the new position with the new business unit.

Customer want to confirm if its the only possibility or have other possibility in order to not duplicate positions.
