Need to remove customizations done on Transfer Order page

Summary:

Business has a requirement to hide the cancel option for users with the custom inquiry role when they open a transfer order using the "Manage Transfer Orders" task. As this can't be achieved with custom role creation, we tried sandbox customisation to hide the cancel option on the "Manage Transfer Orders" page but couldn't achieve the requirement.

Now all the users, even with seeded roles or custom roles and data access, are unable to open or edit transfer orders. Users are not seeing any error; all they are seeing is a blank page. Please see the attached image for your reference.
