Automatically generated the InstructorResourceNumber when Loading a Learning Instructor Resource

Can i load instructor and Automatically generated the InstructorResourceNumber via hdl ?

It seems impossible :

The load process does this validation on create:

• On create, the PersonId and OwnedbyPersonID values aren't null
• The InstructorResourceNumber value, which can be alphanumeric, is valid and doesn't start with OLC
