Does a full migration of artifacts also impact transaction data?

Hello,

Last week we did a full migration of all FDMEE, FCM and HSS artifacts from one ARCS test instance to another?

One of my colleagues claims that data sent from ERP GL Cloud due to one of our transaction balances interfaces has now been erased.

Fortunately, I made a back-up of the test instance we migrated to but does a full migration of ARCS artifacts also impact transaction data or just application setup data? I thought only the latter but need confirmation from Oracle.
