Can certifications generated for course and specialization be automatically assigned to employee?

As per Oracle documentation:

We can configure Configure Completion Certificate Templates. The client wants the generated certificates to be automatically assigned to the employees profile on screen such as Document Records or Skills and Qualifications page (in certificate section)

Can someone please confirmed if the following required is feasible?
