Issue with Skill Center Functionality in Me >> Connections

I wanted to bring to your notice an issue observed in Me >> Connections. After searching for my own profile and clicking on "View Skill Center," I selected a few skills under "Skills I Have" and marked them for development.

However, when I navigate back to Connections >> Skills and Development, it displays the message: "You haven't added any skills yet," — despite having already added and selected skills to develop.

Additionally, when accessing Me > Grow, I can see the listed skills but am unable to add or manage them further.

Could you please check and advise on this discrepancy?
