OTBI project costing assets subject area filtering on in-service date results in no records

I created an OTBI analysis using the project costing assets subject area. See fields in the screenshot below. The analysis returns correct results. However, when I filter on the "actual in-service date", for whatever date range I use, the analysis then returns no results. Is there a way that I can use the filter for the "actual in-service date"?
