Is it possible create a report that lists all reports (BIP/OTBI) with security roles required

Is it possible create a report that lists all reports(BIP/OTBI) in fusion Financials and the security role that is required to run each of these reports. Business is asked constantly to have access to run report "XYZ". Sometimes it's obvious what security role is required to run the report, other times they can work it out (which is really time consuming), and other times they can't even see the report
