FCCS: Provide Feedback trigger email notification for all Enterprise Admin User

Hi All,

Every time I attempt to get UDR data (Provide Feedback) from the FCCS, all enterprise admin users receive an email.
I look for the notification setup for the same, but I can't seem to find it. Where is this configuration setup is done, and is it triggering for all enterprise users rather than just FCCS admin users?
