Eloqua first party cookies vs. new website cookie consent

Hello there

we are switching to a new website with cookie consent; and my question is whether Eloqua first party cookie script fires regardless the website cookie consent or not?

I have come across these Information when searching about the topic:
1. "Eloqua's first-party cookies primarily fall under analytics rather than advertising. These cookies help track website visits, recognize returning users, and personalize browsing experiences. They are used for web tracking and visitor identification rather than direct advertising purposes." - which I understand that even when web cookies denied, the bear minimum - analytical cookies do need to be accepted, hence the tracking is on (?).

Howdy, Stranger!
