Issues with OTBI while extracting Person contact Information

Summary:

We are developing a demographic report using OTBI in which we need to display Person contact information such as Contact Tel. # and Address.

However, we are facing some challenge to bring that information.

In the case of contact phone number we see there are multiple contact Tel# for the same person and there is no Flag available to identify which one is the right data. The columns we are looking to filter the latest data is Primary flag=Y, Phone type =HM and the Effective Start date and but they are same for all the records:

eg: if a persons contact has 3 phone numbers, all the 3 records has Primary flag=Y, Phone type =HM and same Effective Start date
