How to set a maximum withholding amount for child support

Summary:

We have an employee who is subject to an involuntary deduction for child support. The court order states that the child support is either $808 or 40% of the gross income, whichever is higher.

How can we achieve this? When setting the involuntary deduction in the calculation card, we can only specify an amount or a rate, but not a maximum withholding amount.

On the other hand, if I apply the maximum in the MaxWithholdingAmount at the element level, it will apply to all employees. However, each province/state has different requirements, and each employee bound to pay child support may also have different conditions.
