Regarding "Workforce Management - Sensitive Data Access Audit Real Time," we have enabled this feature, but it does not capture all page view information. For example, it does not capture usage within the Person Management classic UI.

For Sensitive Data Access Audit Real Time, we need further details on:

  • Which pages capture viewing activity and what fields are included.
  • The specific Viewed Page Names tracked as part of this audit.

We have observed that the Person Management classic UI is not captured. Would transitioning to Redwood pages resolve this issue? Alternatively, are there other options for audit tracking within classic UI pages, such as Sensitive Data Access Audit?
