can we use create req from existing requisition from a specific date?

Summary:

We recently changed from creating requisitions using a basic template or blank, to creating them by job. Recruiters want to use the create a req from existing req functionality again, but if they use a req from the previous process we will have errors. Is there a way to allow them to create a req from an existing req from a set date and onward? For example, we only want to duplicate reqs starting April 21, 2025, and nothing before. Or even by specific req number?

At this time we have removed the privilege Initiate job requisition from existing requisition. But if we can set a specific date for how far back they can go or back to a specific req number, then we will add the privilege again.
