Hide Historical Changes section on Employment Info for employees under Me but available to HR

Summary:

How to hide "Historical Changes" section from employee view Me → Employment Info.

Tried removing the Privilege 'View Worker Assignment History Details' from employee custom role but still able to see.

Please suggest how this can be hidden from employee view but have it available for HRs under My Client Group → Employment Info.

For now, through the section visible/hidden we made this hidden for all expect HR role.

When the HR logins can view this under Me → Employment Info & My Client Group → Employment Info.

But this becomes an issue when logged in user have HR role but some one else acts HR to them, in that case should not allow to view data under Me → Employment Info instead the actual HR should view under My Client Group → Employment Info. When logged in HR acts as HR for own data then should allow both Me & My Client Group
