How to make JV with project details to transfer cost data from one project to another

we need a solution to be able to process manual corrections similar to journal entries for project accounting spend. This may include reclassification between GL accounts, to different projects, out of PPM to other accounts, or pulling spend into PPM. Any changes performed should also flow through to the ICH Project Cost reports, the ICH Account Analysis, and the General Ledger balance.
