Add Formatting and Image Insertion Options to Initial Help Desk Request Creation

Summary:

When creating a service request in HR Help Desk, there’s no ability to format text or insert images (such as screenshots) directly into the Detailed Description field. At the moment, images can only be added using the Drag and Drop or Add URL options in the attachments section below (figure 1).

When responding to a Service Request, the rich text toolbar appears (figure 2). Is it possible to have this functionality available during the initial request creation as well?
