Fake Data Generation or Extended Data Masking in HCM

We're currently leveraging the data masking capability when running a P2T refresh, but it's limited to just PII data which is not the full scope of what we'd like to mask. Is there a way to extend the masking template to include other fields? Or is there a way to generate a large quantity of fake data that we could load into our non-prod environment instead?
