When clicking link in resume, can it open in new windo

When I view a new candidate application in ORC, if that resume has a hyperlink to their LinkedIn profile, when I click on it, it navigates away from ORC to LinkedIn. It would be preferable to open in a new window.

Candidates often include hyperlinks to their LinkedIn profiles on their resume. I often like to click on it to get more information about them, their job or their company. This can often lead to additional sourcing efforts on the LinkedIn platform. However, if I go too far down that rabbit hole, it's hard to get back to ORC (hitting the back button over and over and over or opening a new tab and logging back in). It would be helpful if clicking on a hyperlink within a resume opening in a new tab or window.
