AI Capabilities for Resume Parsing in Redwood

We currently only populate name, email address, phone number when a candidate applies using the resume parser. The question is that since we don't have most of the other fields exposed on the application (experience, skills, education, etc.) then that data isn't populated into the fields, only retained on the uploaded resume document.

When we move to Redwood, will the AI capabilities for candidate match or finding similar candidates work if the fields are not populated on the application?
