How to find IP Address for Oracle Business Network & cXML for OBN Punchout ?

Good evening.

How do we find the IP Address for OBN ? I Need IP Address for Oracle Business Network. Any leads here would be much appreciated. This was a request from our supplier. I am not sure where exactly to look at to find this information (OBN portal or Oracle Fusion ?). Thanks.

Also, when connecting to our suppliers punchout, we got a connection error. Supplier wants us to send the cXML punchout to debug this. Would below be the place to obtain the cXML punchout from ? Need some pointers here. Thanks.
