Unable to select Recruiting Type and Recruiting Organization from Area of Responsibility

Hi Everyone,

I am setting up the Recruiter Security so that Recruiter can only view specific recruiting type job requisition.

However, when I am input the Recruiting Type from the ARO, it shows empty on the drop-down list.

When I am inputting the Recruiting Organization, once I saved and get into it again, the Recruiting Organization I selected when be disappeared and shown in grey.

Does anyone have any insight or any security profile I left?
