Hi All,

We cannot update the user category for a user with a worker record linked through Security Console.

I am unable to understand the exact reason for restricting the change of the user category from User Account Details of Security Console page.

Am trying to update the user category from Cateogory1 to Category2 and for a worker record it still remains Category1 and doesnt show any error as well.

But for a normal user record that is a contingent worker, it allows to update the user Category to be updated from Category1 to Category2.

I am not updating it from the User Categories Tab of the Security Console, but updating it through Users Tab of the Security Console.
