Unable to Select "IT" Department in Dropdown

I am trying to create a new Responsibility Template in Oracle HCM. Under the Top Organization field, I want to select the department "IT". When I type "IT" into the dropdown, the system shows many suggestions containing the letters "it", sorted alphabetically.

However, I’m unable to scroll down far enough to find and select the actual department "IT", possibly because the dropdown has a limit on how many results are displayed.

How can I select the "IT" department in this case? Is there a way to refine the search or bypass the result limit to directly access the correct entry?
