Redwood Add Assignment error Definition FND_ACFF_VA_AssAttributeCategory__AssAttribute4 of type View

Summary:

Dear all,

My colleague is encountering the following types of errors on the Redwood Add Assignment screen when trying to submit the new assignment.

"Definition FND_ACFF_VA_AssAttributeCategory__AssAttribute4 of type View Accessor Definition is not found in EmployeeAssignmentDEO."

I have tried redeploying the Assignment DFF but still encounter the same error. An Oracle SR has been raised but progress is slow on finding the root cause. Viewing the browser developer tools inspector does not indicate any clues to the error either.

Has anyone got any suggestions on what else to check or try?
