Personal information approval workflow is not working

Summary:

We have created one dedicated personal information approval workflow rule for the Ex-employee, earlier it was working fine, suddenly it stopped working, getting null value error message for another rule which is not applicable for Ex-employee. I have tried to resolve the issue by adding null condition, still getting the same issue, might be I am doing something wrong. Kindly help me. Attaching the TAC log for the reference.
