PUSH receipting queries to users via ODA and MS Teams
Summary:
Grateful to understand if anyone has attempted to use ODA and possible AI agent/middle tier to drive automated messaging to staff requesting receipting of invoices via ODA and using MS Teams as the channel?
Scenario:
- invoice received and added to Oracle and relevant PO not receipted
- AI agent layer picks up unreceipted invoice on hold and using ODA, messages the relevant requsitioner via ODA channel MS Teams
- Requisitioner gets a message direct via MS Teams and responds
- If "Yes" to receipt, ODA communicates with the AI agent to then update Oracle directly.
The above is a very high level use case scenario and so grateful to understand if anyone has explored this type of process map, using ODA to communicate OUT to staff after being instructed by an AI agent and then this agent actioning within Oracle based on the requisitioners response?
