User enter a note in TABLE123 for an item/org/date

Then check for the notes in TABLE444 ("Set Page Filter to Base Model"selected) which is configured with the same BASE MODEL hierarchies as TABLE123 ("Set Page Filter to Base Model" is not selected) . The note icon wasn't visible in TABLE444. But if I click Action > Manage Notes I can see the notes.
