How to use a Learning Analysis for repeating content
Summary: We want to auto-assign courses, but have the learning analysis determine whether 2 specific courses (an initial and a refresher) were completed within a certain time frame.
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): For our yearly regulatory training, one of the criteria we use to determine if someone needs the training is whether or not they have completed either an initial course or a refresher course within a set time frame (let's say 6 months). We do this manually by pulling down completion reports for both courses and removing them from headcount reports. We then use a CSV file to assign the training. This is quite time-consuming. We want to use a learning analysis report that can look at the refresher and initial training courses
