DFF not showing when adding skill to a job profile

Summary:

Our business partners would like the ability to mark a skill as Current or Emerging for a given job profile. I've created/deployed a DFF for this, but it isn't displaying when I try to add a new skill to a job profile. Is there another step I need to take?
