HCM Extract to update personal payment method not applicable

Hello everyone,

We have a requirement to update Personal Payment Method from DOR, we followed the steps in this documentation and got so far with everything working until the last task, task 6. We can't see the updated records in either the UI nor through tables.

In the last step, we get that the flow is completed but no details in the Import and Load page. Does anyone have a clue on why it's not working? I have attached a document with our steps if it might help.
