Unable to Register Supplier using Self Service Redwood

Summary:

We are unable to complete Supplier Self-service Registration (REDWOOD) using URL.

We are getting this errro:

• Applying List binding LOV_SupplierTypeCode with given set of values leads to no matching row for a row of type :SupplierRegistrationsVO, key oracle.jbo.Key[l3oje7j61zOXXhj62l3vLX057rhDHrA6OuvPi15062025033125 300000295227168 ]

Supplier Type field is disabled no matter whatever Organization Type we select.
