Can't view "Element Entries" from "My Public Info" (FND-13)

Hello,

From My Client Groups > My Public Info > Element Entries - by default -. it shows an error "You don't have permission to access this information. Contact your help desk. (FND-13)"

However, when i click "Show More" and choose "Element Entries" it shows the information.

Checked several links and added several privileges and data roles.

In Data Role Security Profile: Element Security Profile > View All Elements, Public Person: View All People, LDG Security Profile > View all LDGs.

Completed what's in the above link

User has seeded and custom roles.

Please advise.
