Make Sales Order EFF READ ONLY if another EFF as a specific value

In the Sales Order Line, we have multiple EFF contexts. A particular field in the EFF should be made READ ONLY only if another EFF in same context has a specific value.

Is it possible to achieve this using Page composer? I could find only 'Edit Additional Information' in the Page Composer > Structure. I cannot click on Page Composer Structure once the EFF Additional information window opens. Is there a way out?
