pure v/s semi hybrid performance improvements suggestions

custom EPM WFM application comparison of PURE HYBRID v/s SEMI HYBRID (employee hieararchy intermediate parents are NEVER SHARE) and requires AGG script
We have 10 combos of Scenarios (4 forecast + 1 budget) / Version / Year (2 years) populated at one shot with same data set
1) Block size is 65 KB
2) 3 dense dimensions (Ac, Period, Source - 4 members only) in WFM cube
3) cube is restructured - no fragmentation (with just 1 PAG + 1 index file)
4) Performance setting - reverse hourglass method
5) Total dimensions - 15
problem -
- Data form retrieval with ATTRIBUTES for top level of all dimensions for 10 scenarios take 15 mins and still not opening
- data form retrieval with attributes at top level of all dimensions for 1 scenario = 10 mins and still not opening
