Agreement updated in one language is not reflecting in antoher

Summary:

When the agreement line item description or the price updated in English version, it is coming up in catalogue when we search the updated item description in English, where as the users from Spanish when they login and search with the updated item description it is not coming up and still showing with the old value only. We have already set the profile option "Load Items in all Languages" to Description-Based and Master Items.

When we update an existing agreement which is created in English version and updated in English version, the same is not reflecting in Spanish user login even after the profile option is enabled.
