Cap Auto FTE Calculation Result at 1

Summary:

In Oracle HCM, when auto FTE (Full-Time Equivalent) calculation is enabled, the calculated FTE value can sometimes exceed 1 based on the employee's work schedule. While this may work for certain use cases, in our organization, the FTE for an individual employee is expected to be capped at 1, as it represents a full-time workload.

Is there a solution available in Oracle that allows organizations to cap the auto-calculated FTE value at 1. This would ensure consistency and avoid confusion in scenarios where the calculation might otherwise result in an FTE greater than 1.
