Contacts imported from SF to Eloqua

Hi!

When Eloqua tries to update the contacts in SF the following error happens:

"Error updating record in Salesforce: INSUFFICIENT_ACCESS_OR_READONLY : insufficient access rights on object id"


It has been observed that the error happens when SF integration app tries to update the inactive contacts. In the Eloqua instance the contacts have the unique identifier - lets call the field SF contact ID. When contacts are marked "Inactive" in SF , Eloqua does not receive any update.

  1. Is there any way to automatically nullify the SF contact id in Eloqua when the contact status is changed to inactive in SF?
