Customize or deactivate built-in Business Rule in the Personal Details Page

Hello Friends,

Does anyone know if it's possible to customize or deactivate the default rules on the CTPS Number and CTPS Serie fields in the images bellow?

I assume they're default/built-in rules as I couldn't find any autocomplete in the HCM Design Studio or Business Rules in the related page that could be triggering the validations on the fields.

My client had a custom validation using autocomplete on those fields that we had to deactivate and translate into a Business Rule in VB (we're doing this process for all the autocomplete rules in order to migrate everything to Redwood actually) but this built-in rule is not allowing us to get the desired prompt we want as the default rule is triggering alongside the custom business rule we created.
