Redwood - (Recruitment) New Person tile doesn't have Redwood enabled

Summary:

We are looking at the HR-recruitment for Redwood, and notice the quick actions appear to populate when Profile options are switched on however under the tile 'New Person' where we would normally have 'Hire and Employee' or 'Add a Pending worker' there are no Redwood options, they are all still responsive.

Is anyone aware if this is expected functionality, or has anyone managed to get the tile working?
