Can we add validation rule to item name to check prefix in the item name?

Summary:

Hi Everyone,

The requirement is to check the validation for the item name. If the item name is having specific prefix then the item creation should be allowed. If the prefix is not there the item rule should show warning and should not allow you to save the item.
