Schedule Report AD-Hoc

Summary:

We received a request to schedule a report to be sent only if a specific condition occurs in the system — in this case, if there are any pending cycle counts appearing on the approval screen.

I’d like to know if there’s any suggested approach to achieve this. I tried applying a filter in the scheduled report to return only pending counts generated in the last minute, but it doesn’t seem to accept such a formula. I’m open to suggestions on how to implement this requirement.
