RSSP-User having RSSP preparer role and SSP approver with edit role Behaviour

We have a business scenario where an approver holds both the Preparer role (for Business Unit 1) and the Approver with Edit role (for Business Unit 2).

As part of our phased RSSP rollout, we have enabled RSSP only for the Preparer role. The Approver with Edit role has not been enabled for RSSP.

However, when the approver edits a requisition from a notification, the system always opens the requisition in the RSSP (Responsive Self-Service Procurement) UI, despite it not being enabled for the Approver role.
