Request a new position - Country specific logic is not working

Summary:

Redwood page - request a new position, we tried adding country specific logic for below scenario and its not working as expected

Scenario - If country is Germany or Italy, collective agreement field should be a mandatory field.

tried with possible options and the condition is not working

We tried below logic to make the field collective agreement to be defaulted to some value, this is working but not able to make the field as required with the same logic.

Also tried business unit, positionsDFF country field logic, still not be able to achieve this
