Groovy Script - When agent posts a message

Summary: We are configuring a Server script(groovy) when the HR agent is updating the SR, Employee should get a bell and email notification.

I tried writing some groovy scripts but the notification is not getting triggered. I tried creating it under sandbox → Application Composer → Objects→

Standard Objects → HR Help Desk Request → Server scripts. I also, tried the same actions in Message → Server scripts. In BPM - the bell notifications are also enabled.

Can someone please suggest if I am missing on any steps or suggest a possible groovy scripts.
