BICC: Last Extract Date for PVOs aren't set if Extract Schedule is failed

I've JOB which contains 57 PVOs... Noticed the following behaviour when one of the PVOs is failed.

  1. The Last Extract Date for PVOs aren't set. It's set only if the Extract Schedule is completed successfully.
  2. Immediately triggers 2nd time upon first failure even though we run it for once (with Immediate option) and it continues to attempt few times (may be 5 times)
  3. And then It's also deleting files from Object storage for remaining 56 PVOs which are completed successfully.

Is this expected behaviour? if so how can we overcome such issue?
