Mass Update - Grade Step is not available

Summary:

Hi,

There is a requirement to do a Mass Update for Salary Grade. But Grade Step is not available. It is necessary to indicate the grade step as the Grade Step of the employee in Employment info will set as Step 1 by default.

Is there a way to enable the Grade Step in the dropdown? I also checked the columns to add for propose changes but it is also not available in the dropdown. Please see the document attached.
