Headcount is not calculating automatically while hiring an employee

Hi Team,

We are seeing this issue while hiring an employee, Headcount is not calculating automatically even though "Calculate FTE and Headcount automatically" field is set to Yes, but the FTE is calculating automatically. Please let me know if anyone faced this issue and got the solution.
