How to update existing category to make restrict to Item assignments only

Summary:

We are experiencing an issue while creating or editing items and attempting to change or add categories. The categories list is not visible.

We uploaded categories via CSV in the Functional Area Catalog. Later, we imported the Item Master and associated categories with the items.

We can see the categories when browsing or managing items. However, when trying to add or change a category, the categories uploaded through the CSV are not visible. Only the categories created manually appear.

We want to update the category and restrict to Item Assignment only. While trying to upload through CSV, facing error of Date Format. We have used the same format which shows in error log file. However, its not getting updated. We tried many other Data and Timestamp combination. But not getting successfuly updated.
